Introduction.
Today we human want a comfort life without do more work.so for this we had invent lot of thing which leads to comfort our life.
One of them is Refrigeration and Air conditioning.
These Two electrical Equipment makes really a awesome life to us .
They are necessity in every sphere of the humen utility and industrial setup, whether in houses, schools, colleges departmental stores and many of places.
Refrigeration system:-
For making Low temperature of any body below that of its surrounding and then maintaining its temperature at this lower level, a continuous extraction of the heat from the body is required.
The making low temperature in body or space is accomplished by a mechanism called the "Refrigeration system"
In This process the extraction of heat from low level to high level temperature can only work with the help of external work .! this is according to thermodynamics second low.
Refrigeration cycle:-
Its also called heat reserved cycle. In which four basic units are involve.
Which are.
1- Evaporation
2- Compression
3- Condensation
4- Expansion.
simple Refrigeration system
Refrigeration system has three types:-
1- Vapour compression refrigeration system
2- Vapour absorption refrigeration system
3- Thermo- electric refrigeration System
Working Of Refrigerator:-
1- compressor:-
The low pressure and temperature vapour Refrigerant( A fluid which is used in Refrigeration System)
From Evaporator is drawn into the compressor through the inlet valve, where its is compressed to a high pressure and temp.
Then it goes to condenser .
2- Condenser:-
The condenser consists a coils which the high pressure and temp. vapour refrigerants cooled and condense.
3- Expansion valve:-
The function of this valve to allow the liquid refrigerant under high pressure and temperature to pass at he controlled rater after reducing its pressure and temp.
4- Evaporator:-
An evaporator consists of coil of pipe in which the liquid vapour refrigerant at low pressure and temp.
is evaporated and changed into vapour refrigerant at low pressure and temp.
During evaporation process, the liquid vapour refrigerant absorbs its latent heat of vaporization from the medium which is to be cooled.
