how to connect printer with Desktop

Printer Connection with Desktop

If you have brand new printer or old printer , You wana connect your printer with your machine .

Simple Steps are following after that you can connect your printer to your machine.

Step 1.

find LAN Cable which has two edge . Connect one of its edge to your Printer back side LAN cable slot

Step2.

Connect LAN Wire's second edge to your machine CPU Printer wire slot

Connect Your Printer to Power Supply Socket

Step4

Start your Printer while holding start button on printer panel

Step5

Check a Physical copy i mean Copy a documents to ensure that your printer is ON and its do not have any hardware problems

Step6

Now Open your Documents in your machine and give command to print

 Short cut :- ctrl+p

Step7.

Now you will have a pop- on which  asking about Print documents

Step7.

Set Your printer default , In large rectangular Strip box ,there is your previous Printer name if you did installed prior

Along that There is  down arrow sign.. click On that then that will show printer names ,

select  the exact printer which you have installed right now.

Make it default printer whenever you will print any documents you wont need to do again setup this setting.
