Printer is not Printing

If you have problem likes your printer is not printing after giving command

Then don't worry

Some simple steps troubleshoot will solve your problem

Printer typs :-

·         Wireless      ·         Wired

step1

If Your Printer is wireless then check  if your router is working properly

                                Yes !! I fixed it

if your printer is wired connected then check your printer is connect to your machine or not .

                                Connected!!

Step2

Check Printer power supply. If it is okey then Restart your printer once

                                     Yeah

Step3

Check your Printer , is there any small bit of paper is still in loading tray.?

if yes then remove that then start copy ..

if Printer is able to copy then you dont have any Hardware problems right now..

Step4

Now Check your machine , which printer is your default printer right now.

If You have used your machine before for any other printer then your default printer is same printer.

need to change   your default printer.

Go to your Control panel :- Devices and printers

:- printer and fax

Step5

Now you have see that your current printer is installed in your machine but its not your default printer.

Select your current printer and add default it after clicking right button of your mouse( touch pad )

Step6

 open your documents and give command to print . Click :Ok:

Step7

Now Your printer is printing . Have a good day !!!
