Printer wifi connection Troubleshooting

printer is not connected with wi-fi

If your printer is not connecting wifi ,, dont worry !!!

Some simple steps will solve your problem

Step1

Check your printer is "ON"

If Yes then check "is there any error code comes out ?

  No !! fine

  Yes !! Check What type error code

Step2

need  to check router , If your router is "ON"

If off then "On" your router then check your printer wifi connection once .

Step3

If error code comes then you need to check your printer drivers inside your machine

for that you need to go Control panel and drives and imaging device

Short cut :- hold "Windows Key" and while holding it pressed letter "R "

 You will ahve a pop- on  like run

Write there : "devmgmt.msc"

and tap your enter key

Step4

Now your are directly device management control . go to drive and imaging device

Check your printer drivers there.. If it is not there then install your drivers from Your pinter driver CD Which is provided by manufacturer you can download your driver from your manufracture online store after filling your printer details

Step5

After installing it Restart your computer and restart the printer

Now your will show that your printer is wifi . Change your machine setting an make default your current printer.
